Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadow The Bronze Palette Review + Live Swatches

Hello everyone! Today I will be talking all about the Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadow The Bronze Palette. It’s a very coveted makeup product as most of you would have known by now and it sells out in a few minutes tops over at the Kylie Cosmetics website. The palette itself is called The Bronze Palette which contains 2 shimmer shades and 7 mattes; all conforming to that bronz-y eye look that Kylie Jenner always rocks.

The palette retails for USD $42 available here with USD $8.95 domestic shipping or USD $14.95 international shipping.

Now onto the details.

As you can see above, the palette is made out of a cardboard packaging with a 3 x 3 eyeshadow pan layout much like Makeup Geek’s MannyMUA available here or the BH Cosmetics Shaanxo Eyeshadow and Lip Palette available here. Each of the Kyshadow pan contains 1.40 gr (0.05 oz) or 1.70 gr (0.06 oz) for Anastasia Beverly Hills’ eyeshadow single or 1.8 gr (0.06 oz ) for Makeup Geek’s eyeshadow single.

One advantage of this eyeshadow palette in comparison to the two that I mentioned is that you are able to pop out the pans and put them comfortably into your z-palette (the pans are magnetised instead of glued).

The formula of the eyeshadow itself is surprisingly amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of the eyeshadows and how it performed. All the eyeshadows blend effortlessly and are pigmented apart from the shade Obsidian (matte black) which is an underperforming shade of the bunch yet still performs well enough if compared to other eyeshadow formulas in the market.

  • Great formula and colour selection
  • Travel-friendly (pans can be popped out and are magnetised)
  • Mid-range pricing (isn’t too expensive for what you are getting)
  • Sleek packaging

  • Difficult to get
  • No mirror

In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this palette to everyone especially if you love warm mattes. If you are on a budget, the Morphe 35O palette is a great alternative with some dupes, however, the quality isn’t comparable.

I hope you enjoyed this post! See you in the next one x
